This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.


This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of, the website.


Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Buyer Protection Program

Buyer Protection Program covers Buyers who are not satisfied with the product/item they have purchased. Buyers can contact to Helpdesk along with the order ID and details of the issue. Our Customer Support team will investigate and get back to the buyer/seller for a possible resolution. Only after verifying these facts, a dispute can be registered. In due course of resolution, Our Customer Support Team shall facilitate a conference call including the Seller and the Buyer.


When a dispute has been raised, we may provide both the parties access to each others Display Names, contact details including phone number, email addresses and other details pertaining to the dispute. Buyers and Sellers are subject to final consent from “Us” for settling the dispute.

Buyer's Eligibility and Restrictions

1. Only the Buyers who have purchased the product on our websites are eligible for the Buyer Protection Program.

2. Buyers can file a dispute within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product as applicable from product to product, whichever is earlier.

3. Any damage or loss to the product after delivery will not be covered under this program and will completely be the Buyer's responsibility. Buyers should refuse to accept delivery if the parcel is appearing physically damage on first sight.

4. Fraudulent charges and claims are not covered under Buyer Protection Program. Blacklisted and Blocked Buyers are not covered by the Buyer Protection Program.

5. We shall at no point be responsible for any direct or indirect losses, expenses, costs of any nature whatsoever that may be incurred by any Buyer/Seller.

6. Claims of the nature of 'Buyer remorse' (i.e. instances where products are bought by the Buyer by mistake or where the Buyer chooses to change his/her mind with regard to the product purchased by him) will not be entertained through this program.

7. We reserves its right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against a User who, files an invalid and/or false claims or provides false, incomplete, or misleading information. In addition to the legal proceedings as aforesaid, We may at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name [and its related Display Names] of such User and/or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection through this program.

8. To be able to take advantage of the Buyer Protection Program, Buyers should contact our Buyer Support customer support team and describe the issue in detail; We will attempt to contact the seller to resolve the issue, if the issue is found genuine.

9. Raising disputes against Sellers does not automatically entitle the Buyer to receive a refund or replacement for the product purchased. We shall verify the disputes so raised and may process only such claims that are considered valid and genuine.

10. If the Buyer has already initiated charge back through the credit card issuing bank, it will not be covered under Buyer Protection Program, though in such cases a Seller can file a claim by contacting the Customer Support.

11. Even through the Buyer Protection program, we does not provide any guarantee/warranty to Buyers for products sold on website against technical/manufacturing defects.

12. Decisions made by Us under the Buyer Protection Program shall be final and binding on its Users.

13. We reserves the right to modify / discontinue Buyer Protection Program without any prior notice period to any of its Users.


14. Through this program, We shall not entertain claims of Buyers who have incurred loss due to delayed shipment or delivery of the item by the Seller.

15. Our Customer Support Team may seek additional information / clarification from Buyer/Seller to facilitate resolution of the dispute. In the event Buyer does not respond with information / clarification sought within 10 days of such request, the dispute shall be auto-closed in favor of the Seller.

Replacement Policy

We want to make shopping a more genuine experience has in consultation with the Sellers formulated a scheme for replacement/refund as per the policy formulated by the Seller for each or all or any of the products listed on the website.

The Replacement Guarantee seeks to assist Buyers who have not found the particular product purchased to be satisfactory in comparison with another piece of similar make and nature thereby replacing the said product with another product of similar features of the same brand and model.

Replacements are subject to availability of the item with the seller and may not apply to all the items. It is to be noted that the policy of replacement is item specific and shall subject to the stipulations mentioned alongside the product. Also, replacements or refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

• Items that do NOT have replacement or refunds;

• Damages due to misuse of product;

• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;

• Any consumable item which has been used/installed;

• Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;

• Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty;

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items including freebies originally included with the product/s delivered;

We reserves it right to alter the period stipulated as Replacement Guarantee either or in own accord or in consultation with its Sellers on all or any of the products posted on its web site. In such cases the Replacement guarantee period shall be reckoned as that mentioned against the product, without demur.


Under no circumstances will the amounts paid by you for the goods be refunded or seek another product for the value of the product.

Refunds may be offered, if the product cannot be replaced.

Cancellation Policy

Buyers may cancel the products and the following policy applies:

1. Buyers are required to logon to and cancel the order on their own.

2. In case of cancellation, the payment gateway charges (as applicable) will be deducted & the remaining amount will be refunded.

Buyers cannot cancel an order if the item is already shipped (or) delivered, or if the item is categorized as non-refundable or non-returnable or if the item is shipped along with another product that is ordered as a bundle.


If a seller is unable to deliver a product due to reasons such as "Out of Stock" within 72 hours from the time of order, then the order will be automatically cancelled; in such cases, the entire amount will be refunded.

Refunds towards cancellation usually take 7 - 10 business days subject to Refund policy for the various products.

Returns and Refund Policy

Return' is defined as the action of giving back the original item purchased by You to the Seller which was purchased from our “website”. Returns are limited to the following situations:

1. Item was defective

2. Item was damaged during the Shipping

3. Products was / were missing

4. Wrong item was sent by the Seller.

Return could also result in refund of money in most of the cases, when a replacement is not possible.

1. Seller can always accept the return as per the policy defined by Us for various products.

2. False claims such as incorrect items ordered (or) falsy clicks will not be entertained for any refund or returns.

3. Return request must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery. If the return request is approved, then the schedule for pickup of items will be decided based on the location of the buyer and our delivery partner.

4. If a seller disagrees a return request, a dispute may be raised against the seller under Jumaanji Buyer Protection program. If the seller doesn’t respond to the request within 5 days, then the refund will be processed in favor of buyer.

5. Product/item must be returned in original condition including freebies if any for refunds to be processed. Refunds will be initiated only after the item is received and confirmed by the seller in agreeable condition.

6. Under no circumstances refund shall be made in the form of cash to You or to your authorised representative.

7. We may deduct a small transaction fee such as payment gateway charges, etc., and the remaining amount shall be transferred to the buyer.

8. Buyer shall shoulder all the costs involved in shipping and logistics, in such cases.


Please note that the refund usually takes around 7-10 business days.

Disputes via Chargeback

Whenever a chargeback (CB) comes from a payment gateway/bank, following situations may arise:

1. Item not received CB - Buyer hasn't received the item. Refund will be created in accordance with the dispute policies

2. Unauthorized CB - Buyer hasn't made this particular transaction. Refund will be created in accordance with the dispute policies.

Seller expressly agrees that issuing the correct and complete invoice is the sole and primary responsibility of the Seller. Furthermore, Seller shall ensure that invoices state "Powered by " and failing to do so Seller will be liable for chargebacks (as applicable).


3. Item not as described - meaning item is not what Buyer expected. Dispute will be decided in accordance with the dispute policies.
